Important Improvements

In rare occurrences, a power failure can cause corrupted segment files or unknown segment files in the intermediate store and main store of all store types. The affected files are copied to the ‘UNKNOWN DATA’ folder. Please contact your local iba representative or the iba support if you find data at the ‘UNKNOWN DATA’ folder. Data loss can be limited if manual recovery of the data in this folder is possible. The data in this folder will be deleted from the system after two weeks.

If the current active segment is corrupted, ibaHD-Server stops writing to this segment and creates a new active segment instead of continuously trying to write to the corrupted segment and losing all new incoming data. The corrupted segment is moved to the ‘UNKNOWN DATA’ folder. Consequence is that only the data of the affected corrupted segment will be lost.

A database internal check mechanism is used during the start of ibaHD-Service to identify data integrity problems.

In order to prevent that corrupted index files will be copied during the backup again and again and making all backups unusable, the index file backup will be generated from the data in memory.

Bugfixes

Data from ibaPDA file buffer cannot overload the internal ibaHD buffer after reconnection.

For time period in tracking mode, it is possible to combine multiple info-fields as identifier.

The raw data request via the API interface had a very long response time, if too many signals were requested at the same time. This is fixed now, along with another long response time effect when more than 10 requests were sent to ibaHD-Server in parallel.

Correction in the aggregation algorithm for text and digital channels for the GetAggregatedChannelData response of ibaHD-API.
